CONSULTATION
This is the inquiry phase. We begin with a no-obligation discovery call were we discuss your design needs. You will also select a design package. Once we have a clear vision over everything, we will send you your custom proposal.
CONTRACT & FIRST PAYMENT
Once we finalize the terms of the project, you will be sent a easy to sign digital contract that mentions terms, payment details, timeframe, + an invoice for the first payment (50%)
CLIENT HOMEWORK
Now we begin with a detailed questionnaire. Here we will discover your brand/website’s mission, audience, design customization, etc.
DESIGN PHASE
This is the fun part. Here we will make logo mockups or website mockups (depending on your order). Communication will go back and forth the whole time making sure the clients needs are met.
REVISIONS
If you want to make any minor adjustments, we would be happy to accommodate. Once the logo/website has been approved we will develop the final website or logo/branding elements.
APPROVAL
All designs will be sent to you for approval. Once you are completely satisfied with your designs, we can move forward to the final phase.
FINAL PAYMENT
Once designs are approved, you will receive an invoice for the final payment. This will be the remaining 50% of the bill.
FILE DELIVERY
Once final payment has been received, we will send the final design files. If you purchased a website, the website will go live in this phase. This also includes a video walk through/tutorial of all the files, web pages, etc.
